Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Diva’s Closet.
